No matter what they say, stuttering is ok

Normalize Stuttering Challenge!

📣 Join the Normalize Stuttering Challenge! 📣

🗣️ Every voice deserves to be heard, especially the 81 million who stutter. Bullying is nonsense. Let's show strength and support to the stuttering community with the message that stuttering is always OK.

It only takes 10 seconds of your time to join us (in collaboration with @vermontstutteringtherapy @stutterology, @martha_speech, @talkingtownbooks).

How to Do the Normalize Stuttering Challenge:

  1. Accept the Challenge! Post a super short video, photo, or text post on social media (whatever is comfortable):

➡️ Person Who Stutters: "I stutter, and I’m worth listening to."

➡️ Stuttering Ally: "If you stutter, I'm listening."

  1. Tag and Challenge at least 🧡3 Friends🧡 to share their own photo/video/text post within 24 hours
  1. Use #normalizestutteringchallenge and tag  @vermontstutteringtherapy @stutterology and @westutter to spread the word. Ezra at Stutterology will add your post to their highlights, so people who stutter who are having a rough day can see tons of allies ready to listen.

Not comfortable on camera? Allies can make a donation (of any amount) to any of these stuttering organizations and post about your donation using #normalizestutteringchallenge:

👏 Congratulations! You've taken a small but crucial step towards supporting the Normalize Stuttering movement, allowing people who stutter to be their authentic selves without fear of bullying.
